Pricing

How our pricing is put together

Freight pricing has a reputation for being deliberately confusing. Ours is not. Every quote is broken into the same components, and we will walk you through any line on it.

  • Linehaul — the carrier's rate for the move itself, based on lane, equipment, and current market.
  • Fuel — calculated from the published DOE national average for the week of pickup.
  • Accessorials — liftgate, inside delivery, detention, layover, or re-delivery, quoted in advance where foreseeable.
  • Service fee — our disclosed margin for sourcing, monitoring, and managing the shipment.

Rates quoted are valid for 7 calendar days unless stated otherwise and assume the commodity, weight, and dimensions provided are accurate.
